Program Guidelines & Eligibility
- Minnesota PMAP and MinnesotaCare members are eligible.
- Members must be pregnant or have children 8 years of age and younger who have not previously received a car seat from the program.
- Car seats will be delivered to your home or work by a Certified Technician.
- Delivery area covers the surrounding Minnesota Twin Cities Metro Area.
- Proper use education is provided. Note: Certified Technicians are not permitted to physically install car seats in vehicles.
- Car seat colors will vary but will remain gender-neutral.
- Important: Car seats cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
